nice for the price Jan 28, 2009

These are inexpensive and a bargain at this price. I can hear with them out in my yard but not all the way to the road and pretty much all over the house. It's a small house.
I'm using rechargeable batteries on the headset and am still on the first charge so am happy with that. I have the transmitter plugged into a Radio Shack adjustable voltage power adapter of the 12 volt variety running off one of those power packs used for starting cars so no problem there wrt battery life.
It may have to scan a bit to find the station but that will depend on your location. I found it would pick up some regular fm stations but you can scan past them to find your signal.
The only thing that keeps me from giving it five stars is they could be more comfortable. The pads don't cover my whole ears so after awhile you can feel the pressure on your ears.
I haven't tested the other features.
Recommend at this price point.

5 in 1 Wireless Headset Sep 03, 2008
By Sanita Saracevic Very nice headset, very good sound. My only concern is button on the side which you have to flip several times before hearing the appropriate channel. Also battery life is very short.

Terrible! Jun 22, 2011
By Layliya I bought these for my husband for fathers day. They worked when we plugged them in to my tv. But when I took them into the living room to hook them up to the pc I got so much interference from the fm stations that I cant hear my pc sound barley at all.. I tried every function it had and it didn't help. My husband was so disappointed and I was too. But I guess that's what you get for the price you pay. We will be returning these asap. Also I added it as a gift idem and wrote a note to go along with it and they didn't even add it. I guess that is not that big a deal but when you take the extra time to write out a nice note and then it doesn't come with one and it comes in a ugly brown box it kinda ruins the gift a little bit.

5-in-1 Wireless headset Jan 16, 2011
By Keir135 This product is great for several reasons. For one, it is very convenient considering that its wireless...yes to "no cords getting in the way"! Me and my kids use to talk on Google Talk. We also take turns using it with their video games. It provides peace and quiet in the house esp. when my husband plays Rainbow 6 with the surround sound on blast! The battery life is not that great but for now these babies do the trick. Another cool thing is that you can buy separate AC Adapters for both the base and the headset if you get tired of using batteries (but the you wont be wireless anymore now would you). I am happy with this product and for $15 who could really complain.
