I bought these after having trouble getting my designer jeans closed after having a baby. I am trying to avoid having to wear a loose top to cover my "muffin top". These tabs are easy to use, but just don't solve the problem completely. The extend the button about an inch. It makes it so the button would be right on the edge of the jean material. You would be better off just trying to remove and reattach the button as close the edge of possible, and maybe sew on a homemade tab. I could have used 2 inches on the tab, not just one! The colors were not exact matches to my pants but you have to cover it up anyways so the color doesn't matter much. The $ for this was a bit expensive for what you get, and the button holes were too small for my Rock & Republic button...I had to take scissors and lengthen the slit a bit. But the main problem is that the zipper still won't go all of the way up, so I end up having to wear a long shirt just to cover the open zipper fly. Overall this is an ok solution, but could be easily done yourself for much cheaper.

I am surprised at how heavy the material was. It's like two pieces of the heavy jean material sewn together. The button holes are way too small also. Because of the heaviness of the fabric, very hard to manipulate. So.. stick with the little black plastic ones, the best so far.

WE ARE EXPANDING AT OUR HOUSE. NO , WE ARE NOT REMODELING. WE ARE GROWING IN THE WAISTBAND. LONG WINTER. THESE HELP A LOT. GIVES YOU A CHANCE TO BREATH AGAIN. I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THESE FOR A LONG TIME. LOVE THEM AND THEY WORK. YOU CAN FEEL COMFORTABLE AGAIN. SHIPPING WAS EFFECIENT AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED.

Like others have said, the concept works but you are left with a zipper that won't go all the way up. One the first hole it isn't all that bad but on the second it makes you look even fatter.

it works well if you want a little more breathing room.it works saves on having to buy new pants,when you need a little more comfort.
